Scan & Scope Site

We utilize a Matterport Pro 2 and Matterport's Trueplan sketch offering.

Additionally, we can leverage existing Docusketch scans if they are available from previous Mitigation work.

Write the Repairs Estimate

We create the estimate using the Trueplan sketch along with the Xactimate Pro platform to write in all of the required repair line items. Xactimate is used by 80% of all the major insurance carriers, facilitating a quicker review and approval process.

Estimate Submitted

We provide the comprehensive repair details and itemized Xactimate line item breakdown of the estimate to you and your client for your client's negotiation with the Carrier.
